This page contains a small perl script that creates HTML versions of Swancon: tCCG cards that you can print out and cut up. You can also give cards images and background textures.
You can download the script itself, and either an example of its output, or the entire set of cards.
The data files used to create the cards are (with their HTML versions): the initial deck(HTML), the first expansion pack(HTML), the Battle 3000 expansion pack(HTML), the UniSFA expansion set (HTML) and some blank cards(HTML). The card file format is described in the script.

Another program that does the same thing, except it outputs to PDF, is available here. It uses the same card file format as my one.
